Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OSER1-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OSER1-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OSER1-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OSER1-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LGG show a favorable association.

UCEC, UCS, and LGG are the cancer types where OSER1-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
