Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OSCP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OSCP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OSCP1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OSCP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
STAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OSCP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
