Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,679 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSNAXIP1, CCDC30, and SAMD15. Each is linked with OSCP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCP1-to-partner and partner-to-OSCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSCP1 versus TSNAXIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
