OSCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3663, KRT8P6, and RPL17P12. Each is linked with OSCP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCP1-to-partner and partner-to-OSCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3663 grouped by OSCP1-low versus OSCP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
