Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, N-Cadherin, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with OSCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCP1-to-partner and partner-to-OSCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by OSCP1-low versus OSCP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
