Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,743 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transport along microtubule, Protein localization to ciliary transition zone, and Intraciliary anterograde transport. Each is linked with OSCP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCP1-to-partner and partner-to-OSCP1 results are reported.
