Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, IQCF6, and PRAMEF19. Each is linked with OSCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSCP1-to-partner and partner-to-OSCP1 results are reported.
