OSBPL9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,743 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LLGL1, ACSF3, and CSTA. Each is linked with OSBPL9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL9 versus LLGL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL9→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
