Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,875 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC42, MED8, and MRPL37. Each is linked with OSBPL9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL9 versus LRRC42 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
