Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL9-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p62 Lck ligand, and PCNA. Each is linked with OSBPL9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9 results are reported.
