The most reproducible OSBPL9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of L-glutamate import across plasma membrane, Response to hydrostatic pressure, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with OSBPL9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL9-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL9 results are reported.
