Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,903 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN1, ELK3, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with OSBPL8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL8-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL8 versus PFN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
