Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,164 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB21, ESYT1, and ITGB2. Each is linked with OSBPL8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL8-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL8 versus RAB21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
