OSBPL8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 4E-BP1_pS65, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with OSBPL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL8-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by OSBPL8-low versus OSBPL8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
