The most reproducible OSBPL8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adiponectin-activated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of gluconeogenesis, and Positive regulation of pinocytosis. Each is linked with OSBPL8 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL8-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL8 results are reported.
