OSBPL8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, SPPL2C, and REG3G. Each is linked with OSBPL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL8-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by OSBPL8-low versus OSBPL8-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
