OSBPL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,201 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, RPL3, and RPL6. Each is linked with OSBPL7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL7-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL7 versus AGO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
