Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,479 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Olfactory bulb interneuron development, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OSBPL6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL6-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL6 results are reported.
