OSBPL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 435 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, SEMG1, and GFRA4. Each is linked with OSBPL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL6-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by OSBPL6-low versus OSBPL6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
