OSBPL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,595 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANTXR1, MMP2, and MSRB3. Each is linked with OSBPL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL5-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL5 versus ANTXR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
