Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Di-Ras3, and DJ-1. Each is linked with OSBPL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL5-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL5 results are reported.
