Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,633 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylserine acyl-chain remodeling, Methylglyoxal catabolic process, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with OSBPL5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL5-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL5 results are reported.
