OSBPL1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2P7, RNU6-1313P, and IFNA2. Each is linked with OSBPL1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL1A-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P7 grouped by OSBPL1A-low versus OSBPL1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
