OSBPL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,326 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OSBPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC58, SLMAP, and HPS3. Each is linked with OSBPL11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL11-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL11 versus LRRC58 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
