Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,259 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2E1, CIP2A, and NAA50. Each is linked with OSBPL11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL11-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OSBPL11 versus GTF2E1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
