Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBPL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,061 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with OSBPL11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL11-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL11 results are reported.
