Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OSBPL10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OSBPL10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher OSBPL10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OSBPL10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where OSBPL10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
