Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBPL10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD2-2, PARD6A, and EIF3I. Each is linked with OSBPL10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBPL10-to-partner and partner-to-OSBPL10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD2-2 grouped by OSBPL10-low versus OSBPL10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBPL10→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBPL10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
