Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OSBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP8, ZPR1, and RN7SL658P. Each is linked with OSBP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBP-to-partner and partner-to-OSBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP8 grouped by OSBP-low versus OSBP-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
