Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OSBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OSBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, MMP26, and OR51L1. Each is linked with OSBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OSBP-to-partner and partner-to-OSBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by OSBP-low versus OSBP-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OSBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OSBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
