The most reproducible ORMDL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular sphingolipid homeostasis, Macroautophagy, and Autophagy. Each is linked with ORMDL3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORMDL3-to-partner and partner-to-ORMDL3 results are reported.
