ORMDL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORMDL3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,080 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORMDL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAAF1, TRIM11, and GABPA. Each is linked with ORMDL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORMDL3-to-partner and partner-to-ORMDL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAAF1 grouped by ORMDL3-low versus ORMDL3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORMDL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORMDL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
