Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORMDL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,373 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORMDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC18, FIBCD1, and DYRK4. Each is linked with ORMDL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORMDL2-to-partner and partner-to-ORMDL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORMDL2 versus ZCCHC18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORMDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORMDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
