ORMDL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORMDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORMDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM170B, RNU6-451P, and RNU6-254P. Each is linked with ORMDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORMDL1-to-partner and partner-to-ORMDL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM170B grouped by ORMDL1-low versus ORMDL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORMDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORMDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
