Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ORM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ORM2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ORM2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ORM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and PRAD are the cancer types where ORM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
