Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ORM2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ORM2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ORM2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ORM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and GBM show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ORM2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
