Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,839 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, LYVE1, and ADGRL4. Each is linked with ORM2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORM2-to-partner and partner-to-ORM2 results are reported.
