Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ORC6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ORC6 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ORC6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ORC6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and UCEC are the cancer types where ORC6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
