ORC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,101 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA2, MCM2, and MCM3. Each is linked with ORC6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC6-to-partner and partner-to-ORC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC6 versus KPNA2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
