Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 841 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548A3, MIR3661, and RPS7P13. Each is linked with ORC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC6-to-partner and partner-to-ORC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548A3 grouped by ORC6-low versus ORC6-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
