Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAS40_pT246, Caspase-8, and CD49b. Each is linked with ORC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC6-to-partner and partner-to-ORC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAS40_pT246 grouped by ORC6-low versus ORC6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
