Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,348 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Recombinational repair, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with ORC6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC6-to-partner and partner-to-ORC6 results are reported.
