Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,574 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, DEFB117, and XGY1. Each is linked with ORC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC5-to-partner and partner-to-ORC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by ORC5-low versus ORC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
