ORC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,647 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSN, ORC5, and YTHDC1. Each is linked with ORC4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC4-to-partner and partner-to-ORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC4 versus TSN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
