Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,823 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLA1, SUV39H1, and CENPO. Each is linked with ORC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC4-to-partner and partner-to-ORC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC4 versus POLA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
