ORC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9M1P, RNA5SP21, and RNF19BPX. Each is linked with ORC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC4-to-partner and partner-to-ORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9M1P grouped by ORC4-low versus ORC4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
