ORC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH2, and MSH6. Each is linked with ORC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC4-to-partner and partner-to-ORC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ORC4-low versus ORC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
