ORC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,160 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, FARSB, and HELLS. Each is linked with ORC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC3-to-partner and partner-to-ORC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ORC3 versus RFC5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
