ORC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ORC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3R3URF-PIK3R3, RNU6-1318P, and PSMD14P1. Each is linked with ORC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC2-to-partner and partner-to-ORC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P3R3URF-PIK3R3 grouped by ORC2-low versus ORC2-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
