ORC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ORC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 501 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ORC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUSP21, SLC5A8, and CBLN4. Each is linked with ORC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ORC1-to-partner and partner-to-ORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUSP21 grouped by ORC1-low versus ORC1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ORC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ORC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
